Ranikhet is a place of good education centre such as:- Kendriya Vidyalaya (upto 12th), Army School (upto 12th), Cannossa Convent (upto 6th), G.D.Birla Memorial School (upto 12th) Chilianaula, Birla Girls School, (Ashoka Hall) Machkhali (upto 12th)etc. On the other way the Cantt. Board is providing qualitative education (through its seven schools) to the students of Ranikhet who are not in a position to pay the higher fee in the private schools. |

The Board maintains one High School at Sadar Bazar and one Junior High School at Chaubattia apart from the four primary schools at Chaubattia, Mall Road, Kumpoor and Sadar Bazar. These are the only schools for children as all other private schools are charging high tuition fee. These schools are facilitated with Computer Education, Cultural Activities and play ground. |
