  MUTATION  
  The mutation of property is permissible as per rules.  
     
  MUTATION FEE  
  The Cantonment Board has imposed the following rates of fee for mutation of property in civil areas:

1. For Mutation of Property – 100/-.
 
 
2. Sale without permission (Condonation fee)- 5% of sale price.
